Our Story

Montessori Education for Confident Adolescents

Living, learning, and connecting with adolescents on the farm helped us truly understand their unique needs—and made us fall in love with this work. Our journey began at a pivotal moment, supported by the faith and trust of our community.

When families expressed concerns about the lack of safe, nurturing environments for adolescents, we responded by creating a small, intentional space where young people could feel secure, valued, and inspired.

Why we're different

What Makes Share Virtue Different

Education that honors the whole adolescent

At Share Virtue, we don’t just prepare students for exams—we prepare them for life. Rooted in Montessori philosophy and inspired by the Erdkinder model, our approach is designed specifically for the unique needs of adolescents.

Here’s what sets us apart:

Purposeful Work, Not Busywork

Students engage in meaningful tasks—from farming and entrepreneurship to community projects—that develop real-world skills, confidence, and responsibility.

Learning That’s Personal

No one-size-fits-all curriculum. Our students follow individualized paths, guided by mentors who know them deeply and support both their academic and emotional growth.

Community & Connection

We foster a strong sense of belonging. Our students live, work, and learn in a respectful, inclusive environment that values collaboration over competition.

Nature as Classroom

Our farm-based setting is more than beautiful—it's intentional. Nature grounds students, supports well-being, and offers endless opportunities for discovery and stewardship.

Education for the Whole Self

We care just as much about who our students become as what they know. Emotional intelligence, ethical thinking, and self-awareness are woven into everything we do.

At Share Virtue, learning is not confined—it’s lived. That’s the difference

Integrated Curriculum

Our academic program blends core subjects with hands-on projects and practical experiences.

Project-Based Learning

Students take ownership of their learning through projects based on the needs of the community and personal interests.

Work & Study Balance

Our curriculum balances academic rigor with purposeful work—a hallmark of the Montessori adolescent approach.
